How it works

The Play and Win games will be stored in the Game Library, but will be clearly marked as 'Play and Win' in their own section. You will check out the Play and Win game like any other... one person will have it 'checked out' for the group of players. When you check out the game, you will be given a slip of paper that you use to track the players that played the game, this will be turned in with the game when it is checked back in. For each game, you can have as many 'entries' as you have times played... play a game 5 times, you'll have 5 entries in the drawing.

On the last day of the convention, each of the games will have one slip of paper drawn. That slip will have the names of all the players that participated in the game. Then, dice will be rolled to determine which of the players wins the game! It's that simple.

Other than that, there are only a few rules. You or your official proxy (spouse, roommate, etc) must be present to win. You may only win two Play and Win games, if you are picked for three or more, you must choose which two to keep, the rest will be drawn again. Finally, if a game isn't given away (due to being returned as the person won a third game, or the person picked is not available to claim the prize) a completely new slip of players will be drawn.
